Complaints Policy
If a plumber we introduced you to does poor work, your first contract is with them. Tell us anyway at contact@24hremergencyplumberpittsburgh.com or (412) 555-0669. We record the complaint, stop routing to shops that generate a pattern of complaints, and we do not mediate the invoice.
If the complaint is about us — a leaked lead, a rude intake, a missed emergency flag — say so directly. We cannot unwind work already performed on someone else's license.
24Hr Emergency Plumber Pittsburgh is a free referral service. Tell us what the plumbing is doing and we connect you with a vetted, licensed plumber working in your area. We are not a plumbing contractor and we never perform the work ourselves. We are compensated by the plumbers we refer work to. That compensation never comes from you and never changes your estimate.
